About my services
I am a specialist radiologist and nuclear medicine specialist providing independent medico-legal radiology opinions for personal injury, medical negligence, workers compensation and insurance matters.
With extensive experience across diagnostic radiology, nuclear medicine and PET imaging, I provide objective, evidence-based assessment of medical imaging in a medico-legal context. All opinions are based on direct review of the original imaging studies, together with the relevant clinical material and instructions.
Where appropriate, I address imaging findings in relation to mechanism of injury, chronology and causation, while clearly identifying the limitations of imaging and distinguishing acute or traumatic findings from pre-existing or degenerative changes.
I act strictly as an independent expert and not as an advocate for either party. Reports are clear, structured and prepared in accordance with expert witness obligations, with availability for clarification, joint expert reports and court attendance where required.
